Yes for your convenience the villa has a telephone. US and Canadian calls are included, please purchase a prepaid international calling card to make calls outside these areas. We also have free secure WiFi – just bring your laptop.
The villa will be professionally cleaned before you arrive and a supply of linen and towels provided. A full inventory will be carried out prior to your arrival which will ensure adequate supplies. The pool is cleaned and serviced weekly and the gardens are maintained. Additional cleaning can also be arranged on request at the same rate as the current cleaning fee.
Yes, there is a walk in medical centre located next to WalMart on highway 27 (about 15 mins) and the Heart of Florida General Hospital is just 10 – 15 mins away also on highway 27. Excellent pharmacies are close by too. Our management company will also be able to advise in case of emergency.
No, the villa is equipped as a home from home. All linen and towels are provided however we do ask you don’t remove them from the house. If you want to use your own beach towels for the water parks and beach, then we suggest you bring them with you, or better still, buy them whilst you are in Florida!
About two weeks before you depart we will send you an information pack with details of how to get to the villa from the airport. We will also send you details of the key box and house alarm
We strongly suggest you call us to make sure your dates are available; we will then hold your dates for 7 days, during this time we will send you a booking form. Once you have returned this, with your deposit (£200/week or £100 per week if duration is over 14 days), we will then confirm the booking.
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the villa. Smoking is not permitted in the villa and it is fitted with smoke detectors. You may smoke on the outside deck area using the ashtray provided. In Florida you will also find smoking is not permitted in public places.
Yes, our management company can organize discounted tickets delivered to the villa.
Yes, if you wish. We recommend heating over the winter months, October through to April. Please request this at the time of booking. If you arrive and decide to have the pool heated then please accept it takes a minimum of 24 hours to heat the pool and you are invoiced from the day the heating is switched on. Pool heating incurs an extra charge.

Yes, you will be allocated a personal gate access code for the duration of your stay.
Fire regulations allow for 10 + 2 infants. Only those named on the booking form are allowed to stay at the property. There are 5 bedrooms, everyone has their own bed, no one need sleep in the living room.
The villa is well equipped with 2 cable DVRs, a 55″ wall mounted LED TV in the living room and LCD TV/DVD in all 5 bedrooms. We have a PS3 “move” in the family room with two remote controllers, this also plays high definition/blue ray DVDs, there is a second in the games room. The Bluetooth surround sound system in the family room can be paired with your devices to provided musical entertainment. We provide a selection of family friendly DVDs, books and a number of board games are also available. There is also a games room equipped with pool table, table football, magnetic darts, PS3 and TV/DVD player.
Yes, the villa has many facilities to make a stay with babies and children easy and safe. We provide a stair gate, cot/play pen and linens (no pillow), high chair, booster seat, push chair/stroller, safety socket blanks. The pool is equipped with a safety fence, although it is your responsibility to ensure children are supervised at all times. Several toys and pool toys are provided.
You are about 10 mins from literally hundreds of restaurants along the Highway 192 and 25 mins from International Drive, and Lake Buena Vista. A shopping complex with Publix supermarket, bank, pharmacy, fuel and takeaways is 5 minutes away. Several WalMart and Target stores are about 15 mins away.
Orlando is a shopping Mecca, Florida Mall and Mall at Millennia are both less than 30 mins away. The large outlet malls are even closer.
The villa is less than 10 mins from the Interstate 4, the main road to all the attractions. From there you will be in Walt Disney World within 5-10 mins, dependent on the park you choose, Universal in 15 min, Sea World 10 mins.
